lists are not to be used for any illegal mailings, or pyramid schemes. All of
our lists are sold for legitimate business purposes only. Always check with
your attorney, your local law enforcement agency or the United States Postal
Service regarding any legal questions or issues you may have or incur. It is
very important that you understand it is your sole responsibility to ensure
compliance with any applicable law, rule or regulation. You should always gain
legal advice before mailing, faxing or emailing solicitations to anyone.
Don't expect 100% accuracy.
Our mailing lists are compiled
and updated continuously from a wide variety of sources. Businesses change
every few minutes making it impossible to be 100% accurate. At any given time
nearly 20% of the consumer population is moving. We maintain one of best
consumer and business databases any where, however our database and mailing
lists are not perfect. You will find a small percentage of errors. It is not
uncommon to have 8-10% undeliverable data, especially in industries and areas
with high levels of turnover. If you mail or email 100 pieces using our lists,
it's not uncommon to receive 8-10 pieces back as undeliverable. If you are
making phone calls, you can expect 10% of the calls will not be completed.
Don't expect to "Get Rich Quick."
Our mailing lists are only
one factor in the success of any promotion or campaign. You must always have a
good quality product, competitive pricing, quality service, attractive
marketing pieces and an effective marketing and business plan. You will not get
rich overnight using our mailing lists, but if you use them properly, you will
increase your sales and profits.
Why are we telling you this?
We want to educate you on the true facts before buying one of our
mailing lists. Unrealistic expectations will result in disappointment with any
list from any lead company.
